Yes.  A 100% disability rating is required.  This is a total deduction.

Vehicle Excise/ad valorem Tax Exemption:
No. Equipment purchased to modify a vehicle to be used by an individual
with disabilities is exempt from sales tax.

Active Pay Exemption:
Yes. 

Retired Pay Tax Exemption:
Yes.  Public pensions are not taxed if below $85,000 for filing individually or $100,000 for filing jointly.

State Parks [Free or Reduced]:

Disabled Veteran License Plate:
Yes.  Any level of VA disability with the appropriate doctor’s letter is required. There is also something called the “Metered Plackard“: This is issued to veterans who have been awarded a Bronze Star or higher award and can be used to park in handicapped designated spaces and paid parking spaces. Disability plates also give you free toll passage and free airport parking.
