Yes. The Alaska (AK) state sales tax rate is currently 0%. Individual municipalities can set their own taxation rates, and sales tax can be as high as 7.5%. A disabled veteran whose vehicle is partly or fully paid for by the VA is exempt.
Arkansas
Yes. Up to $25,000 in exemptions per year for the veteran and up to $2,500 in exemptions for the un-remarried surviving spouse.
