Blood Drive with American Red Cross

Boots to Business – Northwest Indiana

Description: Boots to Business Reboot is an entrepreneurial training program offered by the SBA for Veterans of all eras, service members including National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses. This Introduction to Entrepreneurship course provides an overview of the opportunities and challenges of business ownership. Participants learn business fundamentals, techniques for evaluating the feasibility of their business concepts, and are introduced to resources and local experts who can support them throughout their entrepreneurial journey. Space is limited and registration is required.

Veteran Teletown Hall

Description: Madison VA will host a live Telephone Town Hall for Veterans, families, and community stakeholders. Participants will receive updates on the Madison VA Hospital and Clinics and can join a live Q&A session. Registration is required by noon the day before to receive the automated call that connects attendees to the event.

Veterans Legal Institute Legal Clinic

Description: Veterans Legal Institute and VA Long Beach offer a free monthly Veterans Benefits Legal Clinic to assist Veterans with disability benefits claims and appeals, including those related to Agent Orange and burn pit exposure. Veterans are encouraged to bring their DD214 and their most recent VA decision letter. Walk‑ins are welcome, and appointments can be made online or by phone.
